Last month saw us shaking things up at the bar with our new cocktail list and we are proud to announce there will be a new drink making an appearance on the menu this Summer. Thanks to local gin company, Chilgrove, we have introduced limited edition Chilgrove Bluewater Edition to Pallant Restaurant, celebrating the connection between England and Australia. The Bluewater Edition is a London Dry Gin crafted using fourteen botanicals, drawing it’s inspiration from marrying distinctive Australian flavours with a backbone of quintessentially English ingredients, are distilled with a 100% grape-alcohol base and natural mineral water sourced from the South Downs surrounding Chilgrove in West Sussex.

Playful, crisp citrus notes from the Australian botanicals linger on the tongue, providing the perfect complement to the traditional and complex gin flavours that the English botanicals deliver.
